in the future, there are still elves...
they're still cute.
they're still playful.
but they're not so innocent anymore...
messing around with poser and firefly. just needed *some* excuse to use the cute "AeroDoll" costume
i'll be going into withdraw - i leave for London on tuesday. gone for a few weeks. my thinkpad is in for repairs so i won't be able to take poser
(worse, while i backed up poser, i didn't back up my scenes - i hope they follow the "don't re-image" instructions). i'll be taking my macbook pro which has vue but not poser (vue comes with both mac and windows versions while the poser people want to charge me full upgrade to sidegrade backwards to the mac version 
) plus i only have 1 battery for the macbook and it only lasts 3 hours, max. i have a stack of batteries i usually take with my t42p.
i had to pull another image to fix the lighting. the reds and blues now cast light. the larger one is my background at work. my workstation has 2 stacked 24" lcds so i have to make sure the main figure doesn't cross the joint making backgrounds for myself is why i actually started playing with cgi.

i'm trying to load a bunch of stuff onto the mac and try out the mac version of daz studio.
as long as London has a cafe, good espresso, and a power outlet, i'm good to go
i feel the same way about the learning curve of haxagon, daz studio, vue, carrara, etc. what's funny is i had poser for for 2 years before i ever tried playing with it; it was a gift.

Great work with the pic. I really like the lighting and the touch of smoke/mist rising from the pipe is excellent.
